Caregivers are trained to assist seniors in this living facility with activities of daily living, such as eating, bathing, toileting, dressing, and other minor house chores. Robert Onyejiaka – Owner

Robert continues the tradition of providing excellent service to our assisted living residents by overseeing the daily operations of Alternative Care. He manages project planning , special events, and works closely with each program coordinator to ensure the highest quality care for our residents. Robert specializes in program development and community outreach. Exercising his artistic flair, Robert also oversees the artistic staff helping plan special programming to ensure our assisted living residents keep their minds sharp.

Eberechi Onyejiaka – Personnel Manager

With over 20 years experience in assisted living, Eberechi has committed her career to providing excellent service to senior citizens. With a background in coaching, she is able to encourage our assisted living residents to live an active and healthy lifestyle, while maintaining their daily independence. Eberechi founded Alternative Care in 2005 and continues to be an integral part of the day to day operations and staff management.
